03. Plan delivery and setup
Order with enough time for delivery, inspection, venue access, and a calm setup window. Oversized or volume orders may need a custom plan.
04. Build the moment
Unpack, follow the setup notes, and add personal details such as signage, desserts, florals, or favors.
Before placing an order
- Measure the setup area, access route, doors, and ceiling height.
- Confirm venue rules for adhesives, candles, balloons, hanging decor, and cleanup.
- Check the event date against the product lead time and shipping destination.
- Arrange the recommended number of people and tools for setup.
- Inspect every package shortly after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.
