Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for hosts, planners, venues, and wholesale buyers while the Revelscene collection is being prepared for launch.
Why are there no public products in the shop yet?
Products remain private until photography, pricing, included components, setup guidance, and fulfillment information pass review. This prevents unfinished listings from being mistaken for launch-ready items.
What is included in a celebration kit?
Contents vary by collection. Every approved product page will list each included piece, quantity, dimensions, material notes, recommended tools, and items shown for styling that are not included.
Are all website images photographs of the actual product?
No. Real product photographs will be used for launch-ready listings. Any AI-generated styling concept used to communicate a direction will be clearly labeled Inspiration Render and should not be treated as proof of exact color, scale, material, or included contents.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on the collection, venue, and experience level. Product pages will state the recommended number of people, estimated setup window, and any required tools once verified.
Can you customize colors or quantities?
Some requests may be possible for event professionals or volume orders. Share the event date, delivery country, target quantity, and color direction through the Contact or Wholesale page.
Where do you ship?
Available destinations, lead time, and shipping cost will be confirmed for each product and address before launch. Contact us before committing to an event date if the order is time-sensitive, oversized, or international.
What happens if an item arrives damaged or incomplete?
Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, damaged area, and all received contents as soon as possible. Contact us with the order number so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
Do you work with venues, studios, planners, or retailers?
Yes. The Wholesale page explains the information needed for volume sourcing, recurring collections, packaging preferences, and target delivery windows.
