These Terms & Conditions govern your use of revelscene.com and purchases from Revelscene. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order before shipment, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or inability to authorize payment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown where available and may be collected separately by a carrier or customs authority. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colors, textures, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and handmade elements. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Images labeled Inspiration Render are concept visuals and are not photographs of the delivered product. The product title, written description, specifications, and real product photographs control if a render differs from the final item.
4. Shipping, customs, and risk
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs inspections, and local fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges. Risk of loss passes as required by applicable law and the selected delivery terms.
5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Eligibility, time limits, exclusions, return instructions, and refund timing are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your location are not limited by these terms.
6. Installation and safe use
You are responsible for following supplied instructions, checking the installation surface and venue rules, and using suitable tools, anchors, supervision, and safety measures. Stop using any item that is damaged or unsafe. Products are not toys unless explicitly identified as such.
7. Wholesale orders
Wholesale quotes, minimum quantities, production schedules, deposits, samples, shipping terms, and cancellation rights may be governed by a separate written quotation or agreement. If there is a conflict, that signed agreement controls the wholesale order.
8. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, product copy, photographs, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to Revelscene. You may use the site for personal shopping and legitimate business inquiries, but may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit its content without permission.
9. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, or use site content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revelscene is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing terms and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of establishment, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country or region. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and effective date.
